CS Priya Khandelwal is the Founder & Managing Partner of P Khandelwal & Associates. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS), she holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Rajasthan University.

With over 13 years of expertise in corporate law, governance, and compliance, and prior corporate experience at SICOM Realty Ltd., she has established herself as a trusted advisor for businesses, directors, and professionals.

Since 2018, she has been in full-time practice as a Company Secretary, specializing in corporate management, legal advisory, transaction advisory, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and representation before regulatory authorities. She regularly appears before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT),Regional Directors, Registrar of Companies, Trademark Authority, where she is known for her strong representation and persuasive arguments.

Her leadership extends beyond practice—she served as Chairperson of the Bhayander Chapter of WIRC of ICSI in 2021 and held several key positions between 2019–2022. Alongside her professional work, she actively contributes as a speaker and lecturer at institutes and forums, sharing her insights on evolving laws and best practices.
